Nata nel 1999, INSOLE srl dopo 12 anni di attività, può a buona ragione collocarsi come una azienda avanti nel panorama dei produttori di componenti per calzatura a livello europeo.
AVANTI NEL PROCESSO PRODUTTIVO
Continuo abbattimento nell’uso dei solventi, lavaggio delle te-ste di colatura con acqua calda ad alta pressione.Applicazione dell’agente di distacco mediante sistemi robotiz-zati, per ridurre al minimo l’utilizzo.
AVANTI NEI PRODOTTI
ECO-dry®, materiale ad alto contenuto tecnologico, celle aper-te, traspirante, antimicrobico, totalmente riciclato e riciclabile.ECOCCO®, pura fibra di cocco legata con puro lattice di gomma. Traspirante, fresca ed isolante, compostabile, ecologica certifi-cata per l’ottenimento dell’ECOLABEL europeo 1980/2002/CE.Sanipur®, PU tecnico a cella aperta a base acquosa. Totalmente antimicrobico, SANITIZED® licenza Sanitized AG secondo norma UNI EN 12746.2000. Comfortevole, versatile e flessibile.TECH-pur®, PU tecnico a cella aperta a base acquosa. Unisce a tutte le caratteristiche del Sanipur® una altissima resistenza elastica ed un comfort superiore.BODY-pur®, schiuma tecnologica a “memoria lenta” totalmente automodellante. Asseconda le forme e le anatomie di qualun-que piede. Comfort insuperabile anche dopo un utilizzo prolun-gato. Durata e spessori garantiti nel tempo.LINEA Gea®, raggruppa tutta una serie di prodotti 100% natu-rali, come Kenaf, Lana agglomerata, Bambù, Sughero agglome-rato, Cocona®, Lino organico, Cotone organico. POLICELL®, nuovo materiale ipertecnologico, le celle di questa schiuma sono più grandi delle strutture di legame. Traspira in modo assoluto ma non trattiene umidità. Totalmente drenante.Tutti questi materiali possono essere forniti soli o in combina-zione tra loro, garantendo che anche nella trasformazione in plantari non vengono assolutamente usati sostanze chimiche o pericolose. Tutto il processo produttivo impiega solo calore e pressione.

Ambiente di lavoro con sistemi di controllo che garantiscono la massima salubrità possibile agli addetti. AVANTI NEL RISPETTO DELL’AMBIENTE
INSOLE srl è da anni, ed in questo siamo sicuri di essere stati i primi in Italia, in prima linea nel rispetto dell’ambiente!Prodotti naturali, quali fibra di cocco, kenaf e sughero tutti di origine vegetale e naturale e trasformati con il solo ausilio di calore e pressione, senza l’impiego di solventi o altri agenti chi-mici. Totalmente riciclabili e compostabili alla fine del loro ciclo vitale.
Ma non solo! La produzione interna si avvale di una avanzata tecnologia che riduce a minimo gli agenti di lavaggio delle teste di colata ed ogni emissione è strettamente controllata e moni-torata e risponde alle più stringenti norme sulle emissioni della provincia di Vicenza.
La pulizia degli stampi, viene fatta esclusivamente con l’uso di ghiaccio secco ad alta pressione senza nessun altro agente chi-mico dannoso o solvente.
La pulizia dei miscelatori viene fatta solo con bollitori ad acqua senza uso di solventi tipo clorurati, molto dannosi per l’uomo e per l’ambiente, ma ancora di ampio e comune uso.Il nostro impegno non finisce qui: il nostro obbiettivo per il prossimo anno è quello di eliminare completamenti i solventi dagli agenti di distacco, dopo averli già eliminati da tutti i nostri collanti.

AHEAD ON PRODUCTION
Amazing reduction of solvent usage. Casting’s head washed with hot high pressure water. Reduction of releasing agent with robotized system.

ECO-dry®, hi tech material made of full recycled PU pellets. Open cells, breathable, absorption, cushioning and high comfort delivery.ECOCCO®, pure coco fibre bonded with pure natural latex. The ECOCCO® insoles and footbeds are fresh, thermal insulant, breathable and ecological. Fit to get the ECOLABEL european 1980/2002/CE.Sanipur®, water based technical PU foam. All the production is 100 made in italy guaranteed. All the em-ployers are rented following the italians job rules and they are informed and continuously updated in matter of work safety, environment safety, race and gender respect.
The production is full equipped with all the last work safety de-vices, to offer everybody a healthful environment. All the raw materials are certified following the tightly italian and european rules. INSOLE srl can warrant that each items made and sold full respond to ethical, environmental and social requirement.
AHEAD ON ENVIROMENT PROTECTION
INSOLE srl is for years, and in this we are sure to have been the first in Italy, in the forefront of the environment!Natural products, such as coconut fiber, kenaf and cork, all of vegetable and natural origin and processed with the sole aid of heat and pressure, without the use of solvents or other che-mical agents. Totally recyclable and compostable at the end of their life cycle.
But not only! The internal production uses an advanced te-chnology that minimizes the washing agents of the casting heads and each emission is strictly controlled and monitored and meets the most stringent emission standards of the pro-vince of Vicenza.
The cleaning of the molds is done exclusively with the use of high pressure dry ice without any other harmful chemical or solvent.
The mixing of the mixers is done only with water boilers wi-thout the use of chlorinated solvents, very harmful for man and for the environment, but still widely used.Our commitment does not end here: our goal for the next year is to eliminate the solvents from the agents of separation, after having already eliminated them from all our glues.

LA SCHIUMA CHE REGISTRA LA VOSTRA IMPRONTA
La capacità di BODY-pur® di adattarsi ad assecondare la forma anatomica del piede di ognuno, riduce al minimo la compressione vascolare periferica, permettendo così un corretto riflusso venoso. La sua bassissima durezza unita ad un’alta densità permet-tono una adattabilità veramente eccezionale. II suo indice di rimbalzo quasi nullo per-mette un assorbimento degli urti assoluto, infine la speciale formulazione e lavora-zione rendono BODY-pur®, poco sensibile alle variazioni di temperatura, mantenendo tutte queste caratteristiche anche in condizioni estreme.
