Pavan started his career in 2000 with the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce in Mumbai; he worked his way

up from an Executive to Business Manager and continued to do so until 2010 when he shifted base to Pune

to set up his own company. He continued servicing Italian and Indian clients from various sectors (in

particular, through technology-transfer operations and Joint Venture operations).
