EXPEDITED ITEMS:

Our standard lead time for manufactured products is 4 weeks. Items that require customization or are out-of-stock require at least 6-8 weeks. An expediting fee of 25% will be applied to products that need to ship quicker than these outlined lead times. Please note, expedited shipments are offered only if our production schedule allows for it. Please discuss lead time requirements with your Solutions Team Member.

PRICING/QUOTES

All pricing is provided in US dollars. Prices provided on quotes are valid for 30 days after the date listed on the quote. All prices are subject to change after the 30 days.

PAYMENT

OrderMatic’s terms are Net 30 Days from date of invoice with pre-approval. Paper checks should be mailed to: PO Box 30469, Oklahoma City OK 73140. Payment can also be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Wire Transfer. Balancesover Net 30 terms are subject to a finance charge.

WARRANTY

Packaging that is visibly damaged should NOT be accepted by the customer. Customer should immediately contact OrderMatic if shipment is refused due to damage. Once the shipment is signed for, the customer accepts responsibility for the product. Reporting after product acceptance from carrier does NOT guarantee warranty coverage.

There is a one-year functional warranty on this item, not to include damage received upon or after installation.

If OrderMatic personnel installed delivered items, there is a 6-month mileage and labor warranty for any required maintenance due to functional defect. This does not include coverage for items installed by OMC that have been damaged after installation.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

OMC will honor exchange and return requests for 30 days after date of shipment.

Any requested exchanges after 30 days will be negotiated between the customer’s Authorized Decision Maker and OMC management. Upon OMC approval, exchange terms will be documented and formally approved prior to the transaction. The transaction will not be processed until a confirmation of terms has been received by OMC from the requesting customer.

Any requested returns will be reviewed by OMC and may be negotiated between OMC management and the customer’s Authorized Decision Maker. Upon OMC approval, return terms will be documented and must be formally acknowledged/agreed to by the customer prior to the completion of the transaction. The transaction will not be processed until a confirmation of terms has been received by OMC from the requesting customer. The customer is responsible for freight charges. RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE 25% OF THE INVOICED AMOUNT and only accepted if the product is new, unused, and in the original packaging.
