Our Traditional Brown Terracotta has always been a staple part of our company’s product line. It is a best selling range due to its high quality finish resulting in excellent resilience. We also stock a condensed version of our Traditional Brown Terracotta in a ‘Rock Hard’ finish which has been specifically designed for the catering industry. The terracotta has been fired at a higher temperature meaning that the products are more resilient to temperature and general wear and tear. All cookware products are safe for use with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, gas and electric hobs, Agas, barbeques and freezers. All products are virtually non-stick.

Items ordered that are out of stock will not normally be held on 'Back Order.' DELIVERY For items in stock delivery is normally within 7 days. Courier orders will be charged at cost. Palletised orders will be charged as follows :- UK Mainland Orders :- Orders over £400 exc VAT will be sent carriage paid. Orders less than £400 exc VAT will be charged 50% of the carriage cost, this is usually between £10 and £20 depending on the size of the order. Exact costs will be confirmed on receipt of your order. UK Offshore, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland Orders :- Orders over £500 exc VAT will be sent carriage paid but are subject to a £40 per pallet supplement. Orders less than £500 exc VAT will be charged 50% of the carriage cost plus a £40 per pallet supplement. EXPORT Export orders are either carriage paid to a mainland UK port or FOB Barcelona, orders are subject to a 30% deposit with order. PAYMENT TERMS Initial orders are by Pro-Forma invoice and can be paid by either cheque, BACS or credit/debit card. Your order will be despatched once payment has been received. Subsequent orders will be invoiced for payment by cheque or BACS within 30 days. Details of how to pay will be included on your invoice. DAMAGES We must receive notification of any damages within 3 days of receipt of your order with claims supported by photographic evidence. On receipt of notification we will either issue a Credit Note (or a replacement if possible), normally without quibble.
