Kevin Guy and his wife, Cathy, are the owners and founders of the Tucson Sugar Skulls. Kevin and Cathy also own Guy Sports & Entertainment, G & T Sports and KG Coaching, and are partners in the Birmingham Bulls, a professional hockey team located in Birmingham, Alabama. Kevin currently is on the board of the National Football Foundation in Arizona.Kevin has spent 19 seasons in arena and indoor football, 14 as a general manager and head coach, and 10 seasons with the Arizona Rattlers. Guy has had numerous accomplishments in his coaching career.

Cathy Guy and her husband, Kevin, are the owners and founders of the Tucson Sugar Skulls. They also own Guy Sports and Entertainment, KG Coaching and G&T Sports where she handles the business aspect of their operations.Cathy is the Chief Operating Officer for the Sugar Skulls. She has spent the last 20 years leading departments in finance and human resources. Cathy also recently obtained her Arizona real estate license.Cathy achieved the rank of Captain in the United States Army Reserves, Medical Services Corps where she directed finance and personnel departments of the 322nd General Hospital unit.

Ali Farhang is the Founder and Chairman of the Board for the NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl, which is held annually at Arizona Stadium in Tucson.Ali is a community activist and high school football coach who believes that making positive differences in ones’ community is an enormous aspect of living a successful life. Ali is also an AV-rated attorney who practices in the areas of labor and employment, business consultation, commercial litigation and personal injury defense.
