In just a few short weeks, we’ll be celebrating the beginning of a new decade. As we do, we remember that 2020 is the 19th year that American troops have been fighting in the Global War on Terror - America’s longest war. During this holiday season, and throughout the year, we appreciate the service and sacrifice you and your families make.

With deployments or long training missions, our Service Members miss out on many special occasions, like Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, and the New Year. This holiday season, our communities are doing special service projects to help those in need such as Toys for Tots, Operation HomeFront, Troops for Trees, Christmas Angel, local food & toy drives, and much more. Through these efforts, we want to show our gratitude for our military families and all you do day-in and day-out. On behalf of everyone here at Hunt Military Communities, I want to take this time to wish you all a very safe and happy Holiday Season and a healthy and happy 2020.

William and Lauren have both been a part of the Shaw Family Housing Team since 2011.

William loves interacting with his teammates and taking care of the residents. In his spare time you can find him helping out his family

on small projects or at the movies.

Lauren loves serving our men and women who serve this country. In her spare time she

enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.

Hello Dog OwnersWe would like to take a moment to remind you all of our Pet Policy.

Per the Community Handbook; All dogs must be on a leash upon leaving the house and while on community grounds. Dogs must

also be appropriately and effectively restrained and under the control of an individual while on the premises and in the

neighborhood. Last but not least, all pets must be approved and have a picture and pet deposit on file with the Management Office.

Toys for TotsShaw Family Housing is proud to serve as a Toys for Tots donation site. Donation boxes are conveniently located at our Management Office (369 Rhodes Ave Shaw AFB, SC 29152) and our Maintenance

Shop ( 5512 Sycamore Street Shaw AFB, SC 29152). Donations will be

accepted at these locations until December 12, 2019.

Shaw Family Housing Presents: Santa's Village

Come out and enjoy SNOW, COOKIES and HOT COCOA! Also, Santa and a few of his friends will be available for pictures from

5:30pm-7:30pm. See you there!
