These terms and conditions are additional to the terms and conditions contained in Scenic South East Asia River Cruising 2019/2020 brochure. All bookings are subject to the full Scenic published terms and conditions. The Early Booking Incentive terms and conditions are supplementary to the full brochure however in respect of deposit conditions, these conditions will be binding. Please note tours may not operate in all months and are subject to availability. Prices are in Canadian Dollars.

*Book by October 31, 2018Booking must be made and a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required within 2 days. A second non-refundable deposit of $2,500 (Fly Premium Economy for $495) or $1,500 (Fly Free) per person must be paid by October 31, 2018 or the date specified in your booking advice (which is when flights are open to booking); whichever date occurs first. The booking will be cancelled if either deposit is not received by the due date. We reserve the right to ticket any flights upon receipt of the second deposit and any subsequent changes will incur change and/or cancellation fees.

Early Booking IncentivesOffers are available until October 31, 2018, or until sold out. Strictly limited cabins available on set departures and subject to availability. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer and may be withdrawn at any time. All early booking airfare deals are subject to availability and scheduled for travel to meet the tour departure dates. Any requests outside of the tour dates may incur seasonal surcharges as enforced by the airline.

Fly Premium Economy for $495 including taxesFly Premium Economy for $495 including taxes offer is available on selected departures (July 2019 to April 2020) as detailed in this publication. Airline/Airport taxes of $680 per person are included. Flights are subject to availability of appropriate airline class and once sold out surcharges will apply. Flights must be booked by Scenic. A second non-refundable deposit of $2,500 per person is required. Saving of up to $5,800 per couple is based on an average cost of premium economy class airfare of $2,900 per person including $680 taxes when booking a 13 day or more Mekong cruise & tour itineraries.

Fly Free including taxesFly Free including taxes offer is available on selected departures as detailed in this publication. Airline/Airport taxes of $680 per person are included. Flights are subject to availability of appropriate airline class and once sold out surcharges will apply. Flights must be booked by Scenic. A second non-refundable deposit of $1,500 per person is required. Saving of up to $3,700 per couple is based on an average cost of economy class airfare of $1,850 per person including $680 taxes when booking a 13 day or more Irrawaddy cruise & tour itineraries.

Save $700 per couple Special Savings offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Saving of up to $700 per couple is based on a saving of $350 per person on a 11 Day Luxury Mekong & Temple Discovery Cruise (VIMR) or 11 Day Luxury Irrawaddy River Cruise (MYST).

TaxesTaxes are defined as all airline and government taxes and surcharges. Airlines/airport taxes will vary depending on gateway and stopover cities. Taxes are subject to change and will be advised at the time of completed flight reservation on the booking invoice.

Flights and TicketingDepending on departure date and time of booking the required booking class for airfare offer may be too far in advance to book with the appropriate airline. If the required booking class is unavailable at time of booking, air surcharges will apply. The flight quote including air taxes and surcharges will be advised once all air sectors are complete. Total cost is final only at time of ticketing, should taxes increase from time of reservation a surcharge will apply. Once issued, air tickets are subject to amendment and cancellation fees as established by Scenic including any applicable airline fees.

Single TravellersAir credits per couple will be adjusted accordingly for a single traveller and is equivalent to half of the per couple value.
