Civic Legal to join forces with sister firm

The joining of these two firms will allow for a more unified approach under the national brand, Rockwell Olivier. Civic Legal provides commercial and private client legal advice to clients throughout Australia and South East Asia. The firm is well known and respected for their services in the property, estate planning and government sectors. Rockwell Olivier (Perth) offers commercial and private client legal services to clients across a range of industries, including insurance, mining, energy and resources, and construction. Rockwell Olivier is the result of a recent joining of the Perth office with businesses in Melbourne and Sydney, to offer a consolidated approach nationally and into the Asia Pacific region.

Merger and structure explained Rockwell Olivier, owned by ILH Group Limited (ILH), comprises legal businesses located in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. Civic Legal in Perth, also owned by ILH, will be joining with Rockwell Olivier (Perth). The decision to merge the two Perth firms is a logical progression for the ILH businesses. United, Civic Legal and Rockwell Olivier (Perth) will present a stronger presence in the legal marketplace in Western Australia; a single voice with a more extensive network, more service capabilities and resources, and more staff to answer clients’ needs.

Expanded client services Clients will retain the stability and familiarity of their existing relationships; there will be no change to the level of client service received. Rockwell Olivier (Perth) will now offer clients an enhanced range of services, particularly in the areas of local government, migration, taxation, property and estate planning, and a greater reach beyond Australia and into the Asia Pacific region.
