“I like the way how Hong Kong combines Western and Asian culture. Here you have both hyper modern architecture and culture that comes from Hong Kong being a centre of commerce. At the same time, the local culture is right beside it, which is more symbiotic…In my university, I studied English with a scholarly focus. At Chu Hai, I took Media English with a focus on media and communication which is taught by professionals from the industry. I also took Media Communication for International Affairs which is very informative…it is very interesting to study English here with a new perspective.”

After studying in Belgium, I gained new perspectives on my studies and personal life. Belgians have a different way of life. They taught me how to enjoy the weekend and make better use of my time. My classmates, professors and the university staffs were very friendly and helped me adapt to my classes and the new environment. I also took the chance to travel to Holland, France, Switzerland and Italy. It was a great experience to live in a foreign country and travel around Europe.

24 points(including 3 subjects at Higher Level and 3 at Standard Level, 12 points or above to be obtained from subjects at Higher Level) i.e. completion of IB Diploma Programme

SAT(United States)

• High School Diploma; AND • A minimum score of 1190 (out of 1600) on the redesigned SAT

(from March 2016); OR• A minimum score of 1650 (out of 2400) on the old SAT

ACT(United States)

• High School Diploma; AND• A minimum composite score of 24 on the ACT

STPM (Malaysia)

• Pass (Grade C or above) in at least 7 subjects at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level of which 6 subjects shall be obtained in the same sitting; AND

• 3 subjects in Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) in the same sitting, other than language subjects

UEC (Malaysia)

• Pass (Grade C or above) in at least 7 subjects at Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) level of which 6 subjects shall be obtained in the same sitting

GSAT(Taiwan)

• Minimum score in each of the Mathematics, Society and Science subjects should meet at least the average standard; AND

• Non-standard entry could be considered in the event that the total score meets the average standard or above but one individual subject fails to meet the minimum requirement

NJCEE

• Have met the 2nd cut-off line of the respective province for admission to key universities in Mainland China with a minimum score of 100 in English Language; OR

• Have met the cut-off line for undergraduate studies for provinces and cities where the 1st and 2nd cut-off lines are combined with a minimum score of 100 in English Language
