Team DirectoryThe Team Directory is used each year for both Dancers and Parents to be able to contact other team members.

This year, we are asking each Dancer to take a Family “Porch Portrait” as we will not be able to take our usual family photos in time for our Directory.

Once your photo is taken please do the following:

1) Be sure it is saved as a JPEG or PNG file2) Name the file with your dancer’s LastNameFirstName. EX:

Logging Your Volunteer Hours● Each organization within Humble ISD tracks their Membership Volunteer

Hours through their PTSA by turning them in each month.● Each month you will receive a reminder to log your volunteer hours on a Google

Form.● We will send the Google Form on Remind 101, in an email from SSPO and post

it to the Facebook page. ● Filling in your hours help us account accurately for the 25 hours you have

pledged but it also helps us build a great reputation of service for our team. ● If you have any questions on your hours or any volunteer job, please call Kelly

♥ Physicals- Instructions will go out in an email on Wednesday. NEW SYSTEM

♥ Summer Hours: 10 hours. Plenty of options! I will put on our team website or Remind out. If they are doing online classes-Print a receipt & a picture of them on the zoom to attach to the Log Sheet (under handouts)

♥ Equipment checks have been deposited and orders are being placed so items can come in. If you didn’t pay with a check you should get an invoice soon to get current. Items will not be handed out until they are paid for.

♥ $80 Silver Star Dues paid to the KPHS Activity Account will be collected in August.

♥ Since Line Camp was cancelled we will Host our own camp with choreographers for pep rallies, halftime performances, strength & conditioning, motivational coaches and MUCH MUCH MORE! Since we are under constant change dates are not 100% set in stone. I am looking at starting with the team the last week of July and going until August 10th. IF anyone has any concerns, please email and we will work with you. This year is going to look different and we are going to make each dancer is prepared either physically or virtually.
