STUDENT AFFAIRS ANNUAL REPORTPURPOSE AND GOALS
The purpose of this report is to provide a snapshot of how Student Affairs’ webpages
performed in 2020 compared to 2019
▪ Pageviews and page performance may differ from previous annual reports due to a
difference in methodology and data samples.
The goal of this report is to provide a performance benchmark that can be utilized next
year to show changes in user engagement and page performance.

While pageviews were down slightly year-over-year, website usage remained consistent
from 2019 to 2020
▪ COVID-19 could account for some of the decrease in webpage activity as there were
fewer events/activities for students to participate in and students spent less time
in-person on campus
A reorganization of certain pages and a change in methodology could account for
discrepancies between the 2018, 2019, and 2020 annual report numbers
