Step 1: Insured will get data to the agent.

Step 2: Agent will then log in to the 2019 policy to upload data into the policy.*Important to note that it will be in the same year that the acreage data was completed in previously.

To upload data into AEROS:A) Open policy, go into Precision Ag Data - TruAcre tab. Production upload will be just as acreage was.B) Select File, choose crop season and then upload type will be Production.

Step 3: Once submitted, the file will move to the top of the screen for processing/tracking. TruAcre will receive the data and begin processing.

Step 4: Once TruAcre has processed the data and it is sent back to AEROS, agents will log in to the 2019 policy. A) Edit mode, Quick Key - Select FMIS Production Reporting.

Step 5: A new screen will appear to show data that will be imported.A) Select Import Change to push data and close out of screen.

Step 6: Once the Import screen closes out, the main screen of AEROS will need to be saved.

Step 7: Saving will prompt a ‘Reason for Edit’.Please select Other Reason and enter:‘FMIS Production Data Import’

*If completed prior to the policy roll into the next crop year the data will be available once the crop year is rolled.

**For 2020 (after policy roll), once production data is imported into 2019 policy by the agent please email primary underwriter or contact sara.wall@cropriskservices.com to move the data to 2020.

Once UW rolls data, it is viewable in 2020 quick key, and also able to generate on a 2020 PRODUCTION/YIELD report to review & obtain signature.
