TRAVEL AGENT RATES• Travel dates: Jan 4 - Dec 20, 2020• Rates starting at $128 per adult / per night, based on Double Occupancy*.• Rates are based on a 40% discount off the Best Available Rate.• Rates are per person, per night and quoted in US Dollars. Subject to availability, and are not applicable during holidays, spring break, special events or blackout dates. The TA rate is non-commissionable. Minimum/Maximum stay: 2/5 nights. Maximum 4 guests per room including children. Maximum one (1) room per stay at travel agent rate.
• Agent must be employed at a retail travel agency at the time of travel. Valid IATA/CLIA/TRUE card must be presented upon request.
*Rates fluctuate on a daily basis and by seasons.
TRAVEL AGENT DISCOUNT DAY PASSRATE: $72.00 per adult/per day for Travel Agent & One (1) Companion $97.00 per additional adult (3 max)* $53.00 per child ages 4-17, ages under 4 stay freeHOURS: 10:00AM - 6:00PM (all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels in Mexico & the Dominican Republic)INCLUDES: Fine dining, top-shelf drinks & use of facilities at pertaining hotel (excludes room)
No advance purchase is required. Subject to occupancy. Please call the hotel in advance to confirm availability. Additional services may be purchased by credit card. Additional charge applies per person attending wedding functions (refer to optional services listed on the website). Valid IATAN/CLIA/TRUE card must be presented upon purchase of day pass using travel agent discounted rate or else regular day pass fees will apply. Rates are per person, per day. *Additional companions over the max listed above will be charged the regular day pass fee of $119.00 per adult and $58.00 per child. The all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels reserves the right to limit number of day passes based upon hotel occupancy.
