対象期間内に区内商店街の参加店舗で買い物やお食事をすると、このチラシのスタンプ台紙にスタンプを押せます。参加商店街は5つのエリアに分かれており、それぞれスタンプが異なります。A～Eの5種類のスタンプを集めると1つの絵が完成します。スタンプ1種につき1回、2020年（令和2年）3月29日（日）東京タワーで開催する港区ワールドカーニバルで抽選会に参加できます。

You’ ll have special permission to enter the grounds at embassies and diplomatic missions, which are usually off-limits to visitors, and get a chance to see what goes on there and to discover different cultures. Have your card stamped at each embassy and diplomatic mission, and then take part in a Minato City World Carnival Draw that offers lovely prizes. Period: Jan. 15 (Wed.) to Mar. 27 (Fri.), 2020; see the front side for participating countries.

[Note] : Embassy and diplomatic mission grounds require special permits for entry. This event has been made possible through the understanding and cooperation of embassies and diplomatic missions, and we ask you to refrain from conduct that may disrupt their activities. There will be quizzes (ten questions) on the city’ s website every Wednesday about countries that have embassies and diplomatic missions in Minato City to help you understand their geography and culture. We hope you enjoy the challenge! Period: Jan. 15 (Wed.), 2020 start.

This is the culmination of all the events. We want to spread the circle of international exchange by showing the wonders of various countries to visitors through the introduction of their music, traditional clothing, cuisines and other cultural aspects, as well as related stage events. You can win wonderful prizes if you participate in the lottery, with the number of entries depending on the results of the embassy stamp rally and the Minato City World Quiz Rally.
