Crowne Plaza Hotel Milwaukee South 6 minutes from the airport 2021 Annual Conference Basics Dates: Thursday and Friday, October 28 & 29, 2021 Place: Crowne Plaza Milwaukee South 6401 South 13 th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53221 Exhibit Hours: Thursday 11 am – 6:30 pm; Friday 9:00 - Noon in the Concorde Ballroom. Set-up can start as early as 6:30 pm Wednesday night. Exhibitors Reception: 5 – 6:30 pm Thursday just before the Gala Exhibitor Registration Fee: $295 plus a raffle prize valued at $100 retail. Remit to Wisconsin Community Media with a check or credit card. The online registration form will generate an invoice. American Express cards are now accepted. Exhibitors Raffle: During the Friday Lunch, exhibitors give away items with a retail value of $100. (Attendees must be present to win!) Exhibitor Registration deadline: Register and pay by Wednesday, August 25, 2021 to ensure your logo is in the mailed print brochure to our large list of prospective attendees. We welcome you to register to exhibit until about 10 days before the conference. Meal Sponsorships (open to Exhibitors and Non-Exhibitors) Meal sponsor names are noted in our print materials (deadline is Wednesday, August 25 to be in our mailed brochure) and announced during the event. We will also distribute your materials to attendees at the meal. If you are an Exhibitor, your sponsorship entitles you to speak up to 5 minutes to the group at the meal you sponsor. We accept more than one sponsorship for each meal. Thursday Opening Luncheon ($100). Approximately 85 attendees. Friday Breakfast ($50). Approximately 60 attendees. Halloween Gala ($125). Give at the Gala to Support the WCM Program Fund! WCM’s brand new “sister” organization, the WCM Program Fund, Inc. connects program producers and funders with Wisconsin PEG centers to provide financial and technical support for the creation and distribution of programs of local, regional and statewide public interest. We have applied for 501c3 non- profit status and hope to receive it in time for the Halloween Gala! We will either collect pledges (if we are still waiting) or tax-deductible donations (if we have 501c3 status) that night.

What’s Included 8' x 30” Table in the Exhibit Room - where all meals and general sessions will be held. Electricity and Internet access Two meals free: Pick from Thursday lunch, Friday breakfast, or Friday lunch. You may elect to include the Gala in your two meals for $20. Additional meals at our cost. Your logo in our printed promotional materials -- our mailed brochure and a one-piece vendor promo sheet in conference attendee folders. Your clickable logo on the WCM website at the bottom of our website for one year. Up-to-date contact information for all WCM centers and conference attendees. Sponsorship of the Exhibitors Reception: This reception is for all conference and gala attendees and is held before the gala begins in the Exhibit Room. Attendees enjoy free soda, beer, wine, and appetizers.

What’s Optional Additional meals at WCM's cost. Give away your raffle prize at the Closing Luncheon. Present at one or more of our workshops: We often integrate exhibitors into our workshops and you may get a call. Provide a Silent Auction Item to support ACM - Midwest. Contact Jim if you want to contribute an item for an auction. Note that this would be in addition to the raffle prize.

Hotel Hotel rooms are $115.00 for a single/double plus taxes and fees. This rate is good for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. Parking is free. For room reservations call the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee South at 414-764-5300 by October 5, 2021. Ask for the “Wisconsin Community Media” conference.
