Supplier agrees to undergo an Implementation Audit. 01 The Implementation Audit is assigned to an Avetta Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Professional. 02 HSE Professional will conduct audit and request any additional documentation necessary for the supplier. 03 Supplier uploads any open requirements directly to the associated audit task. 04 Once all required documents have been uploaded, the task will be closed out and the Implementation Audit is complete. 05 *Site must be within 60 miles of an HSE Professional for Implementation Audit
