Thank you for being our guest for the fun and excitement of Erie SeaWolves Baseball! We hope you enjoy your time at UPMC Park watching Major League Baseball’s stars of tomorrow right here in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Our staff of food service professionals is dedicated to making your experience at the ballpark both memorable and enjoyable.

Hours of Operation: SeaWolves Concessions is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday) to assist you with your food and beverage selections. To reach us, please contact at 814.456.1300 (ext. 212)

Food & Beverage Ordering: To ensure the highest level of presentation, service and quality, we ask that all food and beverage selections be placed by 2:00 p.m. two business days prior to each event. Please call 814.456.1300 (ext. 212) or email [email protected].

Day of Game Orders: If you are unable to place an advance order, we welcome you to order upon arrival by contacting your suite server. Please be aware that day of game orders may take up to ONE HOUR for delivery and some items are not available unless ordered prior to game day.

Food & Beverage Delivery: For advance orders, your food and beverage will be delivered to your suite 30 minutes before game time. While in your suite, a server will be assigned to you and your guests throughout the event.

Security: Please remember to remove all personal property when leaving the premises. The SeaWolves are not responsible for any lost or stolen property left unattended in the suite.

Alcoholic Beverages: Suite guests must be age 21 or older to drink alcoholic beverages. In compliance with PA Liquor Control Board requirements, alcohol is not permitted to be removed from the ballpark. For the safety of all fans, glass bottles must remain within the designated suite (and balcony) where served.

Payment Procedure & Service Charge: SeaWolves Concessions will charge the Suite Holder’s designated credit card at the conclusion of each event. The Suite Holder or Host will receive an itemized receipt outlining all charges in detail on event day. Please note that food and beverage items are subject to an 18% service charge, plus applicable sales tax.

Weather: If inclement weather postpones a game prior to gates opening for the event, you will not be charged for your order. However, if the game is delayed after gates open, your food will be delivered to your suite as scheduled. If you choose to cancel a food order, the cancellation must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the game/event. If the game is postponed after gates open, we invite you to stay up to 90 minutes after the postponement to enjoy your food with your guests.

Smith’s Hot Dog & Sausage Meal A combination of Erie’s own Smith’s products including six (6) hot dogs and six (6) Italian sausages accompanied by potato salad, BUSH’S® baked beans, twelve (12) boxes of popcorn, and twelve (12) chocolate chip cookies.

Cheeseburger Meal Twelve (12) all-beef cheeseburgers served with potato salad, BUSH’S® baked beans, twelve (12) boxes of popcorn, and twelve (12) chocolate chip cookies.
