I hope that you and your families have stayed safe and healthy since the Covid-19 pandemic began in March. The world of travel has been abruptly interrupted since this past March and has been devastated by the pandemic like no other industry. Many travel companies have decided to close their doors and cease operations.

However, I believe now is the time to look forward to the future and realize that there is a tremendous need and desire to tour our beautiful country. Conestoga Tours has chosen to look beyond this temporary problem with the belief that in the not too distant future, the pandemic will slowly leave our midst and that a vaccine will be available so that you will feel safe to travel. We all look forward to the day we can return to some sense of normalcy and enjoy our lives and create cherished travel memories.

This catalog was prepared in the summer of 2020 while the pandemic was in full swing. With circumstances changing on an almost daily basis, we planned our 2021 schedule on the assumption that travel will be safe during the first quarter of 2021. Until travel restrictions are lifted, Conestoga Tours will follow the current CDC Guidelines in effect. They presently include limited numbers of passengers on the motorcoach, face masks to be worn except while seated on the motorcoach, regular temperature checks and extra sanitizing of the motorcoach.

Day 1: Depart the cold climate of Pennsylvania enroute to the warm and sunny beaches of south Florida. We travel today to the resort city of Myrtle Beach where you will be our guests for a fabulous dinner at one of Myrtle Beach’s famous restaurants. (D)Day 2: We depart for historic Charleston where we relax on a carriage tour of this charming southern coastal town as well as enjoy an included luncheon in Charleston. We continue to northern Florida and Jacksonville. (L)Day 3: We travel to Miami Beach, our destination today. Enroute we tour the nation’s oldest city, St. Augustine, aboard a tram tour. An included dinner in Miami Beach concludes our day. (D)Day 4: We relax on a cruise on Biscayne Bay, featuring the homes of the rich and famous, known as “Millionaires Row.” We also visit Bayside Marketplace where great shops and eateries await us. This afternoon we are off for the romantic Florida Keys. After arriving in Key West we enjoy an included dinner at one of their fabulous restaurants. (D)

Day 5: The day begins with a sightseeing tour of Key West on the Conch Train. The remainder of the afternoon is free to explore Key West. Following an early dinner we travel to Florida City, where we spend the night.Day 6: We continue to the west coast of Florida and

the charming town of Naples. Enroute we visit Everglades City and enjoy an airboat ride through the Florida Everglades. After a brief driving tour of Naples, we relax over a delicious dinner. (D)Day 7: We continue to beautiful Sarasota, located on the Gulf of Mexico. This morning we tour the home and laboratory of Thomas Edison. See a collection of Edison’s inventions and stroll the tropical gardens he so cherished. Our second stop today will be the Ringling Brothers Circus Museum, created from the fortune John Ringling derived from his circus. Dinner is included tonight. (D)Day 8: We spend the day in Sarasota visiting the beautiful

Sunken Gardens in the morning. This afternoon we tour the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of sick and injured marine animals.Day 9: We depart Florida this morning and travel to the charming southern town of Savannah, GA. Tonight you will be our guests for dinner at a popular Savannah restaurant. (D)Day 10: We tour Savannah this morning and learn about the history and sights of this city on a guided tour. You will have time to explore Savannah’s Riverfront area and have lunch on your own. We continue north, ending our day in Lumberton, NC.Day 11: Our Florida and Key West vacation comes to an end today. We return home late afternoon.

Day 1: Visit South Dakota’s Black Hills and the beautiful Badlands in one trip. See national monuments, historic towns and feel the ground rumble as cowboys bring in the state’s buffalo herd at the Great Buffalo Roundup. SEATING ON MOTORCOACH If any of the 2021 tours are operated while the COVID-19 pandemic still exists, seating on the motorcoach will be based on current CDC Policy Guidelines which include reduced passenger capacity for social distancing and no rotation of seats.

CANCELLATION POLICY Conestoga Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if less than 20 reservations have been made 10 days prior to departure date.

RESPONSIBILITY Conestoga Tours, Inc. acts only as an agent and assumes no liability in arranging hotels and other accommodations and cannot be responsible for non-performance on the part of hotel proprietors or others entrusted to provide tour features. The right is reserved to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour, and to cancel or make changes in any itinerary and to increase our prices, if circumstances require or judgment decrees it.
