The Airedale Barn can hold a maximum of 160 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast.
The maximum capacity for standing guests is 250.
The Great Hall (within the Hall) is the perfect room for more intimate ceremonies of 30 people only. Please ask us for more information.
There is plenty of parking available throughout the day, but we ask for no more than five cars to be left on site overnight to ensure our visitors the next day have somewhere to park.
There are so many photo opportunities around the grounds from the grass maze to the perfectly manicured formal gardens.
The toilets are located approximately 100m from the Airedale Barn. Our fantastic golf buggy service will operate all day to save you and your guests the walk.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Expert advice on planning, delivering and co-ordinating your day. Your Event Manager will co-ordinate the
entire day for you acting as a toastmaster and seeing through all the formalities.
Private Airedale Barn hire and use of grassed lawn outside from 09.30am to midnight, with music off and the bar closing at 11.30pm
Access to our beautifully maintained formal gardens for drinks, canapés, photographs after 4pm on a Thurs/Sat/Sun,
all day usage on Fridays (restrictions apply to guests only, not the wedding couple) and full site exclusivity from 5pm
Well stocked bar, with Bar Manager and staff through to the end of the night, serving a wide selection of beers,
hand pulled local ales, wine and spirits at reasonable prices
Golf buggy, and driver, to take you to and from our toilets

Approximately 130 Cheltenham wooden chairs with champagne seat pads, 17 round tables and 6 trestle tables
Professional security on the venue gates to ensure you and your guests stay safe

CATERING FOR YOUR WEDDING
It is so important to us that you hav e catering teams who can be flexible to your requirements. As well as providing fantastic food, they also ensure that whilst they are on site, they respect and care for the property. Our caterers set up in our marquee attached to the Airedale barn. They prepare
food offsite where possible and cook everything fresh when they arrive.
All our caterers provide the following as standard: Individually tailored & bespoke menu or package option depending on your preference
Front of House Manager Full team of staff
Kitchen equipment Glassware & crockery
Table linen Drinks service until 7pm or the end of the meal (whether it be direct or through corkage)
Prices of catering range from an average of £60-£100 per head
