B: Well, Jess, what have you been doing this morning?

J: Oh, its been really busy. (1) Ive been going round all the different departments to see what they do. What about you? (2) Have you seen anything interesting?

B: (3) Ive been to the finance department, accounts and personnel.

J: That doesnt sound very exciting!

B: No, youre right. But this afternoon Im going to see the art department, where they (4) do the designs for all the magazines.J: Yes, (5) Ive visited that department already. They (6) are doing some fascinating pictures today, but they dont always have such interesting material, they said. And the editor (7) is always changing things at the last moment, which (8) makes everyone very irritable.
