2020–21 Student Accounting Annual ChecklistThe Office of Student Accounting is here to help you! Please use the checklist below as a reference guide to keep track of important billing dates throughout the year.
STUDENT TO DO LIST
❑ Set up your parent or guardian asan Authorized User in the TouchNetsystem (accessible through the MyIITPortal Finances tab)
❑ Enroll in direct deposit fortuition refunds (accessible throughthe MyIIT Portal Finances tab)
❑ Submit a FERPA release form to theRegistrar’s Office to allow your parent orguardian access to your financial,personal and/or academic information
❑ Review our monthly payment planoptions and enroll in one that suitsyour budget
❑ Add alternate email addressesand cell phone numbers to yourprofile in TouchNet
❑ Make a note on your calendar oftuition due dates and the deadline to addand drop courses each term for a refund.
❑ Ensure that all financial aid isaccepted and paperwork is complete.Contact the Financial Aid office [email protected] with questions
❑ Decide on a checking and/orsavings account, and ask yourbanker for a record of your routingand account number
