Complete compliance with theTractor and Machinery AssociationsCode of Practice for theManufacture and Supply of FrontEnd Loaders for use on AgriculturalTractors in Australia, is assured.

Some vital aspects to beconsidered when fitting a frontend loader to an agriculturaltractor will include:

• The type of protectionrequired to protect theoperator, ROPS, ROPS Cab or FOPS

• The front and rear axlecapacity of the hosttractor

• The load rating of thetyres fitted

• The overall mass of thetractor

• The wheel base of thetractor

• The attachments to beused

During the course of equipmentdesign, Challenge Implementshas conducted the appropriate,representative, hazardidentification and riskassessment testing on theequipment offered for sale.Where hazards have beendetected, risk control measureshave been incorporated into theequipment (if found necessary).

All Challenge front end loadersuse the mechanical level liftsystem which has been provenover many years of service to bethe best operator protection

against the very dangerouscondition known as "Rollback".Rollback occurs when thecrowd function may still beoperated to allow the goodsheld on or within theattachment to roll off or out off the attachment onto theoperator or bystanders as theloader is raised.

It is essential the purchaserchoose the attachments to beused very carefully. Eachattachment has been designedfor a specific purpose. Usingthat attachment for any otherpurpose may create thepotential to cause an accident.

Challenge Implements strongly recommends the use of a three-point linkage counterweightto improve both the safety and performance of your Challenge loader / tractor unit.

SQUARE BALE SPIKE

This attachment can beused for round & squarebales. It may be fittedwith 2, 3, 4 or 5 tines(with the purchase of an additional tine).

BACKREST

When moving high loadsthe backrest bolts onto the universal carriage &dedicated attachments.

ROUND BALE FORK

Can be used to spike into or under round bales.Equipped with 2 x 1400mmConus II Tines. Can beordered with Conus II Tines1250mm or 980mm.

LIFTING JIB

A general purpose 'Jib' attachment with 3 liftingpoints and a SWL of 500kg. Maximum reach is 1800mm. The Jib is available as a 'dedicated'attachment, or one which suits the "UniversalCarriage' (as illustrated).

“Dedicated Attachments” fit directly onto the quick coupler of Challenge 21 and 31 Series Loaders and donot require a universal carriage. These attachments are designed as a purpose built stand alone attachmentand will not double as universal carriage. Other attachments will not fit onto dedicated attachments.

EARTHMOVING BUCKET

The buckets are manufactured from high tensile steel (570mpa) for superiorstrength. The lower rear section of the bucket has a double wall overlay foradditional rigidity. High quality cutting edges are used for increased durability.

MULTI PURPOSE BUCKET 4-IN-1

For the ultimate in versatility the Challenge Multi Purpose 4-in-1 bucket givesyou a bucket, a blade, a clam grab and a scraper-levelling blade.

BLADES

The Bull Blade is available in two widths to suit 31 Series loaders only!Optional extras for blades include root rakes, manual angle with manual tiltand manual angle with hydraulic tilt.
