Sylvie d’Autheville is originally from Geneva and passionate about horse riding. With a Masters in Finance from HEC (business school) Geneva and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources & Management Development from Michigan University, (USA), she successfully combined ten years’ experience at Lombard Odier in the fields of human resources, training and management, with a seven year financial career at KPMG and Agie Charmilles. In addition to her academic training, Sylvie is certified in three different psychometric techniques (Herrmann, LIFO and PULSIONS), which she regularly draws upon when coaching individuals and teams. Sylvie founded her own company in January 2010. A core part of her activity is to support companies and their employees in how best to manage their human resources and make the most of the skill sets available. In addition she offers development solutions that are tailored to their current and future needs.
