Exercise #2: Kanban Cards

1.  Inventory your supplies.

2.  Decide when to order more.

3.  Make a kanban card.

4.  Place a kanban card at the reorder point.

5.  Reorder when the kanban card shows up.


Divergent/Convergent Tools

•  Divergent: look for new ideas. – Example: brainstorming

•  Convergent: weed out extraneous tasks and focus on priorities. – Example: Impact/Effort Quadrant
