5 Form-VI(A) (Under section 11(1) of the LA R&R Act, 2013 read with Sub Rule 1 of Rule 19) Preliminary Notification Rc.No. i/201-G1 Dt.- 2.. 2--04-2017. Whereas it appears to the District Collector Guntur and appropriate Government (as notified under the proviso of Section 3(e) of the Act read with Rule 2(1)(b) of the APRFCT in LA, R&R Rules, 2014) that the land / structures / trees specified in the schedule below of Neerukonda H/o Kuragallu village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District are needed for a public purpose, to wit, for Capital City Development Project, notice to that effect is hereby given to all to whom it may concern in accordance with the provisions of Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Act, 2013 (Central Act-30 of 2013). Social Impact Study was carried out by the State Social Impact Assessment by EPTRI an Agency appointed by Commissioner, R&R and report submitted. A total number of 28 Project Affected Families and about No Project Displaced Families are likely to be affected due to Land Acquisition. For implementing the Master Plan and construction of roads, the displacement of families is being caused. The joint Collector is appointed as Project Administrator vide notification issued in G.O. Ms. No.1 Revenue (LA) Dept. Dated 02-01-2015 u/s 43(1) of the Act for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement of the affected families families / Displaced families. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3(e) of the Act read with rule 2 (1) (b), the District Collector, Guntur hereby, empowered the Special Deputy Collector/Land Acquisition Officer, Unit No.05, Neerukonda H/O Kuragallu U/s 3 (g), his staff and workmen to exercise the powers of the Collector conferred under the Act. The District Collector hereby authorizes the Land Acquisition Officer to conduct survey under Section 12 of the Act and the owners of the lands are informed to be present in person or through authorized representatives while conducting survey within 60 days from the date of this notification failing which Survey would be conducted in the absence of the owner. As mentioned under Section 11(4) of the Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e., sale / purchase etc., or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of this notification without prior approval of the District Collector. Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person(s) interested within 60 days from the date of publication of this notification as provided under Section-15(1) of the Act, in respect of area, suitability of land and justification offered for the public purpose before the Land Acquisition Officer and objections if any received in time will be enquired on - -2017 by 11.00 a.m. in the office of Special Deputy Collector (LA), Unit No.5,Kuragallu-2 (Neerukonda) village.
