24. Conduct a practical water audit annually. Perform a catch cup test and review the system components to verify that they meet the original design criteria for efficient operation and uniform distribution of water.

25. Encourage landscape professionals to attend water conservation seminars with continuing education units, including American Water Works Association, Landscape Industry Council of Hawaii, American Society of Landscape Architect, U.S. Green Building Council, and the Irrigation Association.
