He has completed over 750 transactions in excess of 15,000,000 squarefeet of buildings valued in excess of 1 billion dollars. Thus, he has worked with a widevariety of Investors, Industrial and Commercial users. These include, but are notlimited to, sewing, knitting, dying, furniture manufacturing, metal working, plating,food processing, recycling, warehousing and distribution, manufacturing, retail andoffice. The transactions themselves include sales, leases, subleases, and exchanges.Further, clients range from business owners, absentee property owners, retirees,developers, and asset managers.

    Frank, began his career with Great Western Realty in 1989 where he gained a keenknowledge of all aspects of industrial and Commercial transactions and negotiationsand the intricacies of the current environmental, seismic, fire/life/safety and buildingregulations that are integral to closing a successful transaction.

    Then in 1993, he embarked on his entrepreneurial instincts and established his ownprivate brokerage firm, Metropolitan Industrial Commercial Real Estate which was inoperation through March, 1995 due to personal circumstances. In 1995, Frank joinedthe Colliers International firm as Senior Vice President and earned the company'sCircle of Excellence Award in 1998, 1999 & 2002 for top producer and service. After 8successful years, Frank decided to depart Colliers International and once againembark on re-establishing his own company. In June, 2003, he successfully foundedGlobal Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in downtown Los Angeles where his 22 yearsexperience as an Industrial and Commercial specialist has proven to be a distinctadvantage in property analysis, marketing, negotiations, and client service.
