Getting used to Elluminate• Click to ‘put up your hand’ to speak

• Click to say ‘all is good’!

• Click the ‘Talk’ button to say something..

...and then the same button to switch it off!

• Use these to change the volume

YouTubeWatch the video that will soon be coming to you via a web tour (3 minutes – make sure your volume is turned up). When you are finished click the ‘X’ to close the window and come back here.... and then write ONE WORD on the board which explains how it makes you feel.

To get a link (for email or a link in your Moodle, simply copy it from the web address at the top of your browser.

have learners who can’t access YouTube (firewalls etc) • It is as much a ‘community of educators’ as a place to

LORNWeb tour and activity coming up but first...a brief look

at how to preview and download LORN resources:

These links describe the resource, giving competency, certificate level and licence information.

Use this link to have a look at the resource (list of contents will be as navigation links on the left hand side of the screen)

Download from here. It will download as a Zip file – open it where required i.e. Inside a Moodle or on a student network drive etc.
