This partial planning package is for the bride & groom who want a knowledgeable buddy to guide them through the planning process. 23Eleven can be your buddy. Whether you’ve done some of the work yourself or are at square one, 23Eleven will help create your dream wedding.

Here is what we can do:

● Includes the Skipper Package/Wedding Day Coordination● Seven in person meetings and unlimited phone calls/emails after contract is signed● Research for up to four vendors● We can attend meetings with vendors if you request● Creative direction of overall day● Help with all in between details that need to be complete● Create & manage task list● Help with seating chart upon request● Help with assembly projects: invitations, attendee gifts, place cards, favors, etc except decor (all supplies are client’s expense)● Complete wedding set up and tear down is available for an additional fee● Budget management

skipper packageIt ’s almost time for your big day so you have invested the time and energy into planning, but are ready for somebody else to tie the loose ends. Let 23Eleven do that for you! In this wedding day coordination package, we manage your rehearsal until the time we say, “Farewell, Mr. & Mrs.” 23Eleven ensures a smooth and enjoyable process for you and your family.

This package includes:

● Two in person meetings and unlimited phone calls/emails up to four weeks before your wedding● Wedding itinerary construction including all vendor contact information, ceremony & reception locations, all necessary information and event timeline● Development of wedding day timeline. This is a schedule of all the days events and the time to which you specify they should happen● Construction of order-of-ceremony● Conduction of wedding rehearsal● Contact and confirm all vendors exact time of arrival and assist them with any questions or needs.. aka they leave you alone!● Oversee wedding day from ceremony to reception including managing of vendors, bridal party, all sites, and last minute debacles that could arise (they happen at every event no matter how well you plan)● Arrive the wedding day at bride & groom’s discretion and we stay as long as needed to get the job done right● Distribute final payments to vendors● Handling of the marriage license the day of wedding● Set-up and placement of centerpieces, place cards, toasting glasses, favors, guest book, and other specialty items● Complete wedding day set-up and tear down available for an additional fee
