“Chef Darius shared his plan to serve his students "clean food"; meaning food free from pesticides, hormones, and additives. He was concerned about food he was serving; just how "clean" was the food and how did processed food he did serve affect the student's health. Chef Darius also had to consider how cost-effective any changes would be” – Indian Time Newspaper
