calfordseaden has been appointed to provide M&E services for this project involving an electrical services installaon for an aesthec upgrade being undertaken to the building to accommodate the changing needs of the users along with changes to the company staff policies. The brief for the mechanical elements of the project includes provision of designs for the extension of the exisng water services and for the diversion of exisng air condioning and fresh air facilies. The electrical services brief includes provision of new LED lighng systems, alteraons to the exisng fire alarm system, the lighng control system and the power supply to workstaons. Extensive stakeholder consultaon has been required to develop an understanding of the Client’s intended office layouts. This has been necessary to fulfil the requirement in the project brief for extensive of electrical services to service the motorised desks that will be incorporated throughout. Given the size and complexity of the project extensive consultaon with the Landlord’s services team consultant, the Building Managers and the incumbent sprinkler contractors has also been a requirement of this appointment.
