How to get started-

Step 1 - Start your laptop and once it is booted

Step 2 - For wired connection, you need to plug-in the LAN cable (data-cable) to your laptop provided in the room and follow the authentication process. OR

Step 2

(a) If you are looking for wireless connection then, click on the Wi-Fi connection icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

(b) You should see a window that indicates list of secured and unsecured connections available in the current location.

(c) Select the wireless network (SSID) that indicates ‘24online’ network.

Step 3 - Open an internet browser that will redirect you to authentication page. Enter the ‘Coupon ID’ and ‘Password’. (For Coupon ID & Password, purchase a pre-paid coupon from the counter or click on ‘Buy Coupon’ on the top of the window)

Step 4 - After successful login, keep the login window open till you want to surf (By closing your login session will expire).

Step 5 - Check your account balance details using ‘Coupon Details’ option on the login page.
