These sheets include corrections and revisions requested by city staff, design changes recommended by the DRC and additional information about the project’s landscaped open spaces. Below is a sheet by sheet summary of the changes made: A2.10 – Garage Door and Driveway at entry to ground level parking widened from 8’ to 14’ per direction from Traffic Engineer Michael Vecchio. A3.13 – Developed a more generous and welcoming entry to the building on Regent Street by adding a covered canopy and keyed entry gate per direction from George Williams. Lowered fence around Regent Street open space from 6’ to 4’ high. A10.4 – Revised photo simulations to better reflect true (more subtle) color of Trespa French Walnut panel used along Telegraph Avenue storefront. A10.5 – Revised photo simulations to reflect changes to Regent Street entry described above. Added cornice detail to top of bay windows. Changed color of top floor façade to light grey color where facing Regent. A10.6 – Added four rendered views illustrating the project’s landscaped open spaces – along Telegraph Ave and Regent Street, inside podium courtyard and at rooftop garden. A10.7 – Regent Street comparison revised to compare up to date design with stepped massing facing Regent Street to design submitted in June with full height bay windows and tall stair tower.
