SNOW WHITE

Once upon a time there lived a little girl name snow white. She lived with her aunt and uncle because her parents were passed away.

One day she heard her uncle talking about leaving her in the house because they both wanted to go to U>S and dont have enough money to take Snow White.

Now White didnt want to be left behind. So she decided to run away. The next morning she ran away into the wood. She was very tired and hungry. She has walked for miles.

Then she saw a little cottage. She knocked no one answered so she went inside and fell asleep.

Dear May,

I just want to tell you about my tour to Botanical Garden, on Thursday 24 April, year seven students went to Botanical Garden. We walked down and got into the bus.

After we arrived at the garden, we walked down to the Education center. First, we went to the orchid farm. Then we looked at the lovely plants. After that, we went down to a little spot in the Botanical Gardens and had a morning tea.

Next we took some pictures and then went back to the Education centre to have lunch. After that we went for a walk.

Soon after we had finished we went back outside. Then, we got into the bus and returned to school.

Love, Nida

Vegetables in it. She looked after them very carefully, and when the summer came, they looked very nice.

One evening, Mrs Ahmad looked at her vegetables and said, Tomorrow I am going to pick them and we can eat together. But early next morning, he son ran into kitchen and shouted, Mother, mother! Come quickly! Our neighbours duck are in the garden and they are eating our vegetables!

Mrs Ahmad ran out, but it was too late! All the vegetables were finished. Mrs Ahmad cried and her neighbor was very sorry, but tat was the end of the vegetables.

Then a few days before Lebaran, the neighbor brought Mrs Ahmad a parcel. In it was beautiful, fat duck, and it was a piece of paper with the words, Enjoy your Vegetables

I had never thought of climbing Mt. Kerinci. I hesitated when friends of mine asked me to join them on a one-night camping and mountaineering activity. Frankly, I had never done this type of challenging activity before. I could not really refuse because I had a lot of spare time in my semester holidays. I went there with five of my friends-Antok, Rio, Angga, Danang and Indra.

We started to walk upwards through the bushes first and then into the real jungle. As we moved, we heard wild animal noises and we saw monkeys jumping from branch to another. Judging from the plants, we were sure that we were in a rainforest area.

At midday, we came to the peak of the mountain and saw the large crater. There was a white flag there to remind visitors of dangers. We took our photos and then we began to rush down the mountain.

An internal Error

A man and his wife plan to take vacation in Florida. At the last minute the wife has to go to a business meeting. The husband goes a head; the wife agrees to meet him in a couple days. While theyre apart the husband sends his wife an email, but accidentally sends it o a woman whose husband has died recently. After reading the message, she passes out cold.

Her daughter, wondering what had disturbed her mother so much, reads the email: Dear Darling, I have really missed you! I am looking forward to your arrival tomorrow. Oh, and its really hot down here!

I had a bad experience when I did shopping because of the shop assistants fault. However, the security officer of the shop really embarrassed me. He accused me of stealing a pair of blue jeans.

That was a Sunday afternoon. I went to a fashion shop with my friends. I choose a pair of blue jeans to buy and paid for them at the cashier. Unfortunately, the shop assistant was careless. So, he forgot to take the censor clip on the blue jeans. So, when I left the shop, the detector beeped. The security officer shouted at me, Hey, you! Stop! Then, he took me to the managers room.

After examining, the security officer and the manager realized that it was not my fault. They said they were very sorry about what happened. Finally, the manager asked me to take one piece of clothing for free.

One day while a mouse deer was walking in the forest, he saw a big , black snake sleeping under the tree. When he saw the snake, the mouse deer was frightened. When he wanted to run away from the snake, he suddenly fell on top of tiger which was sleeping not far from the snake. The tiger woke up and took hold of the mouse deer. He told the mouse deer that he was going to eat him for lunch. Please dont eat me now, said the mouse deer. I have something important to do.

Look, said the mouse deer. That is the Kings belt. He asked me to stay here and watch it while he was away in the forest. The tiger looked at the snake and said,That is a beautiful belt. I need a belt like that. Can I wear it? said the mouse deer.

Oh all right, said the mouse deer. So, he picked up the snake and winded it around the tiger. Then the snake twisted itself tighter and tighter until the tiger couldnt breathe. The tiger asked the mouse deer to help him. But the mouse deer turned and ran away into the forest.

Jimmy lived in the country, and he loved playing in a very shallow river near his house; but then his father got a job in a big city, and he moved there with his family.

Their new house had a garden, but the garden was very small. Jimmy wasnt very happy.

Is there a river near here, Jimmy, and theres a pool in it. Well go there this afternoon. than Jimmy was happy.

After lunch, Jimmy and his mother wanted to park. Jimmy wanted to walk near the pool, but there was a sign front of it. His mother read it to him; WARNING: This pool is dangerous. 367 people have fallen into it . Jimmy looked into the pool carefully. Then he said, I cant see them.

THE GOLDEN TREE

Once upon a time a long, long, long time ago in a little village there was a big place bigger than the village it self and in the palace there lived a King. The King wanted to be rich.

Now one day the King promised one of his gardeners three million gold coins if he could grow a tree all year round which bore rich golden fruit.

The gardener searched all over the countryside but he could not find the right seed to grow a tree which would bear golden fruit.

So at last he went to see the wise old owl lived deep in the forest and knew all about many things. The wise old owl told him what to do and where to go to get the right seed to plant. The gardener went exactly where he was told and did exactly what he was told. He planted the seed and gave it some water, some fertilizer and he waited. Suddenly the tree sprang u so quickly that it made the gardener jump.

The gardener watched as the tree began to bear rich golden fruit. He ran back to the palace and took the king to see the tree. When the king had stood there for a long time, starring at it open-mouthed, the gardener asked for his three million coins. So the King agreed to the request and the gardener took his money and went home and lived happily ever after.

The Ant and the Grasshopper

Long ago on a sunny hillside, there lived an ant and a grasshopper. The grasshopper was a handsome insect with a glossy green coat. All day long he sat in the sun and made music, filling the hillside with his summer sounds.

I dont believe that winter will ever come! he chirruped.

The ant was small and dark. She bustled about everyday, collecting grass seeds to store in her nest.

Oh yes, it will! she said

But soon the leaves began to fall from the trees. It grew colder and colder. At last one day, feathery flakes of snow began to fall across the hillside.

The ant was snug in her nest under a stone. She had enough food for the winter. Outside she heard a faint sound. It was the grasshopper.

Dear Ant, he croaked. Please give me some food.

But the Ant was firm. I am sorry, she said. I need this food for my family.

A thick layer of snow settled over the hillside, and the grasshopper was heard no more.
