AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3348-X, THE 1992-93 BUDGET ORDINANCE, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC NOTIFICATION PROCESS FOR PROPOSED ANNEXATION AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Charlotte, North Carolina;
Section i. That the sum of $50,000 is hereby
estimated to be available from the unappropriated unrestricted
General Fund fund balance.
Section 2. That the sum of $50,000 is hereby
appropriated to the Capital Improvement Fund account 2010;399.0(
Reserve for Future Annexations for public notification of
proposed annexation in seven annexation areas.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances ir
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
upon its adoption.

Section 20-141 and as hereafter amended. Sections 3 and 4 shall become effective as Sections 1 and 2, and in addition, upon the concurrence of the North Carolina Board of Transportation.
SECTION 6: This ordinance shall become effective upon adoption.

2. A performance bond •n the name of TWE,L.P. to be delivered
not later than 45 days after the effective date of the amended franchise, said performance bond to be obtained •nd maintained during the entire term of the franchise.
3. An unconditional continuing letter of guarantee by TWE, .P. guaranteeing the performance of all the conditions of the franchise agreement by Cablevision of Charlotte, ATC, and Warner Communications, Inc.
4. A TWE,L.P. certificate of insurance which shall be maintained in full force and effect throughout the term f the franchise.
