Il Merano WineFestival è il prestigioso evento delle eccellenze enogastronomiche che si realizza ogni anno dal 1992 nel mese di novembre nel famoso ed elitario Kurhaus di Merano. È più di un evento e oggi come non mai vogliamo trasmettere esclu-sività, unicità, eleganza e sicurezza. Vogliamo che questa 29° edizione del Merano WineFestival sia ricordata per essere un nuovo punto di partenza per tutto il settore enogastronomi-co secondo il motto back to the roots. Torniamo alle origini da quel lontano 1992 dove si è scritta la storia dell’evento foo-d&wine più glamour al mondo.

Solo i prodotti che hanno vinto l’ambito premio di eccellenza The WineHunter Award, valutati e selezionati dalla commissio-ne The WineHunter per la loro alta qualità, avranno l’opportu-nità di partecipare al Merano WineFestival.

• Das Meran WineFestival ist die prestigeträchtige Veranstaltung für ausgezeichnete Weine und hervorragende kulinarische Köst-lichkeiten, die seit 1992 jährlich im November im berühmten und elitären Kurhaus von Meran stattfindet. Es ist mehr als eine Veranstaltung und heute mehr denn je, wollen wir Exklusivität, Einzigartigkeit, Eleganz und Sicherheit vermitteln. Wir möch-ten, dass diese 29. Ausgabe des Meran WineFestival als Neustart für den gesamten Wein- und Food Sektor gilt, ganz nach dem Motto back to the roots. Kehren wir zu den Ursprüngen des fernen Jahres 1992 zurück, in dem die Geschichte des glamorösesten Wine & Food Events der Welt ge-schrieben wurde.

Nur Produkte, welche mit dem begehrten The WineHunter Award ausgezeichnet wurden, haben die Möglichkeit am Meran WineFesti-val teilzunehmen.

•The Merano WineFestival is the prestigious event of wine and food excellences that takes place every year since 1992 in the month of November in the famous and elite Kurhaus of Merano. This is more than an event and today, more than ever before, we want to convey exclusivity, uniqueness, elegance and safety. We want this 29th edition of the Merano WineFestival to be remembered for being a restart for the entire wine and food sector right ac-cording to the motto back to the roots. Let‘s go back to the origins in that distant 1992 where the history of the most glamorous wine and food event in the world was written.

Only products that obtained the renowned The WineHunter Award have the opportunity to participate in the Merano WineFestival.

FASCE ORARIEQuest’anno l’entrata al Festival sarà gestita in due fasce orarie. La prima fascia oraria dalle 9:00 alle 13:30 e la seconda dalle 14:30 alle 19:00.

TICKET 1 consente l’accesso al Kurhaus dalle 9:00 alle 13:30 e alla GourmetArena e al Hotel Terme Merano dalle 14:30 alle 19:00.

TICKET 2 consente l’accesso alla GourmetArena e al Hotel Terme Merano dalle 9:00 alle 13:30 e al Kurhaus dalle 14:30 alle 19:00.

L’accesso agli hotel che partecipano alla WineHunter Hotel Safari è incluso durante tutto il giorno. L’accesso sarà gestito secondo le linee guide legali degli hotel.

Informiamo che l’accesso alle location potrebbe essere contingentato in caso del raggiungimento della capienza massimo della struttura.

Non ci sarà un collegamento tra Kurhaus e GourmetArena. Le due location hanno accessi separati.

BIGLIETTERIA IN LOCOQuest’anno non ci sarà una biglietteria in loco, i ticket possono essere acquistati solamente online attraverso il sito www.meranowinefestival.com

•ZEITFENSTERIn diesem Jahr wird die Zulassung zum Festival durch zwei Zeitfenster verwaltet. Das erste Zeitfenster von 9:00 bis 13:30 Uhr und das zweite von 14:30 bis 19:00 Uhr.

TICKET 1 gewährt den Zugang zum Kurhaus von 9:00 bis 13:30 Uhr und zur GourmetArena und Hotel Therme Meran von 14:30 bis 19:00 Uhr.

TICKET 2 gewährt den Zugang zur GourmetArena und zum Hotel Therme Meran von 9:00 bis 13:30 Uhr und zum Kurhaus von 14:30 bis 19:00 Uhr.

Der Zugang zu Hotels, die an der WineHunter Hotel Safari teilnehmen, ist den ganzen Tag über inbegriffen. Der Eintritt wird gemäß den gesetzlichen Richtlinien der Hotels verwaltet.

Wir informieren Sie, dass der Zugang zu den Locations eingeschränkt sein kann, wenn die maximale Kapazität der Location erreicht ist.

Es wird keine Verbindung zwischen Kurhaus und GourmetArena geben. Die beiden Standorte haben separate Eingänge.

•TIME LOTSThis year the entrance to the Festival will be managed in two time slots. The first time slot from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the second from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

TICKET 1 grants access to the Kurhaus from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and to the GourmetArena and Hotel Therme Meran from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

TICKET 2 grants access to the GourmetArena and the Hotel Therme Meran from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and to the Kurhaus from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Access to hotels participating in the WineHunter Hotel Safari is included throughout the day. The entrance will be managed according to the legal guidelines of the hotels.

We inform that the access to the locations may be limited if the maximum capacity of the structure is reached.

There will not be a connection between Kurhaus and GourmetArena. Both locations have a seperate entrance.

Food Spirits Beer - The WineHunter Selection è il risultato di un lavoro di ricerca, selezione e degustazione che dura tutto l’anno, rappre-sentato dai prodotti gastronomici che si pos-sono trovare nella GourmetArena al Merano WineFestival.

Entrando in quest’area adiacente al Kurhaus si potranno sentire i profumi di tutte le regioni italiane con le loro prelibatezze. Un’elegante tensostruttura ospiterà al Merano WineFestival eccellenze culinarie, distillati, liquori, birre artigianali, consorzi e associazioni. Quest’anno non ci sarà la connessione tra Kurhaus e GourmetArena, ma bisognerà entrare da un’entrata separata.

•Food Spirits Beer - The WineHunter Selection ist das Resultat einer

einjährigen Recherche-, Auswahl-

und Verkostungsarbeit für

gastronomische Produkte, die in

der GourmetArena zu finden sind.

Wenn Sie diesen Bereich neben

dem Kurhaus betreten, können

Sie bereits die kulinarischen

Düfte der italienischen Regionen

riechen. Die GourmetArena ist eine

elegante Zeltstruktur beim Meran

WineFestival, die kulinarische

Spitzenleistungen, Spirituosen,

Liköre, Craft Bier, Konsortien und

Territorien beherbergt.

In diesem Jahr gibt es keine Verbindung zwischen GourmetArena und Kurhaus. Beide Locations haben einen separaten Eingang.

round research, selection and

tasting work for all the food

products that can be found in

the GourmetArena of the Merano

WineFestival. Entering this area

right next to the Kurhaus, you can

smell the scents of all Italian regions

and taste exceptional delicacies.

The GourmetArena is an elegant

tensile structure at the Merano

WineFestival that hosts culinary

excellence, spirits, liqueurs, craft

beer, consortia and associations.

This year there is no connection between the Kurhaus and the GourmetArena but there is a separate entrance.

Am 14. Oktober wird das „Pre-

Opening“ stattfinden, um eine

Funktionen der von Gourmet‘s Inter-

national und ForTeam entwickelten

Plattform vorzustellen.

Catwalk Bollicine ideato da Merano WineFestival e Milano Wine Week è un viaggio culturale nello straordinario mondo delle bollicine italiane, che ha come prima missione la promozione e la valo-rizzazione di questi unici prodotti.

Dagli storici territori di produzione, alle più recenti e innovative speri-mentazioni, il visitatore avrà modo di scoprire solo il meglio della produ-zione, approfondendo la cultura stessa del prodotto e confrontandone le origini, i vitigni e i metodi di realizzazione. La prima tappa di Catwalk Bollicine si terrà a Milano dal 4 al 10 ottobre in occasione della Milano Wine Week e proseguirà con una seconda tappa che giungerà direttamente al 29° Merano WineFestival, che si terrà dal 6 al 10 novembre.

Orari di apertura e fasce orarieQuesta edizione prevede ingressi limitati e, per questo motivo, i biglietti

saranno suddivisi in fasce orarie prestabilite:

fascia oraria mattina: dalle 9:00 alle 13:30

fascia oraria pomeridiana: dalle 14:30 alle 19:00

Il visitatore potrà scegliere di partecipare nella fascia oraria del

mattino all’evento nel Kurhaus e nella fascia oraria pomeridiana alla

GourmetArena e all’Hotel Therme, e viceversa.

Se scelto di partecipare al Kurhaus la mattina p.es., non sarà possibile

accedere alla GourmetArena in mattinata.

Suddivisione degli spazi e gestione dei flussi dei visitatoriAll’interno della manifestazione è prevista la distanza minima di 1

metro tra i tavoli espositivi e tra i produttori e visitatori. Sarà organizzata

un’accurata suddivisione degli spazi e un’attenta gestione dei flussi

dei visitatori.

Obbligo di Mascherina All’interno dell’evento vi è l’obbligo di mascherina per tutte le persone,

salvo durante la degustazione al tavolo espositivo.

DisinfezioneAll’interno dell’evento saranno posizionati dispersori per la

disinfettazione delle mani. Dopo ogni fascia oraria e alla fine della

giornata verranno disinfettate tutte le sale.

Mantenimento DistanzaAll’interno dell’evento è obbligatorio mantenere la distanza minima di

1 metro.

Misurazione della temperatura & Sanitary GateAll’entrata verrà misurata la temperatura ad ogni persona. Inoltre, sarà

Öffnungszeiten und ZeitfensterIn der diesjährigen Ausgabe sind die Eintritte limitiert und aus diesem

Grund werden die Eintrittstickets in Zeitspannen unterteilt:

Zeitspanne morgens: von 9:00 bis 13:30 Uhr

Zeitspanne nachmittags: von 14:30 bis 19:00 Uhr

Die Besucher können auswählen, ob sie während der Zeitspanne am

Morgen das Kurhaus besuchen und am Nachmittag die GourmetArena

und das Hotel Therme Meran, oder umgekehrt. Wenn ein Besucher

beispielsweise morgens das Kurhaus besucht, kann er in dieser

Zeitspanne am Morgen nicht die GourmetArena besuchen.

Produzenten - SessionsDie Sektion Wine - The WineHunter Selection und Food Spirits Beer - The WineHunter Selection sind in zwei Sessions von Produzenten eingeteilt.

Am Freitag 6. und Samstag 7. November treffen die Besucher auf die

Produzenten der Session 1. Am Sonntag 8. und Montag 9. November

können Sie die Produkte der Produzenten von Session 2 verkosten.

Die Sektion Naturae et Purae bio&dynamica wird in 5 Sessions mit

diversen Produzenten eingeteilt. Von Freitag bis Montag findet die

Veranstaltung im Hotel Therme Meran statt. Am Dienstag geht Naturae

et Purae im Kurhaus vonstatten.

Einteilung der verfügbaren Räume und Verwaltung der BesucherströmeInnerhalb der Veranstaltung ist ein Mindestabstand von 1 Meter zwischen

den Ausstellungstischen sowie zwischen Produzenten und Besuchern

vorgesehen. Eine genaue Unterteilung der verfügbaren Räume wird

organisiert und die Besucherströme werden sorgfältig verwaltet.

MaskenpflichtInnerhalb der Veranstaltung besteht Maskenpflicht für alle Personen.

Nur während der Verkostung am Ausstellertisch kann die Maske

abgenommen werden.

DesinfektionInnerhalb der Veranstaltung werden Spender zur Händedesinfektion

eingesetzt. Nach der Veranstaltungs-Zeitspanne am Morgen und am

Ende des Tages werden alle Räume desinfiziert.

Abstände einhaltenInnerhalb der Veranstaltung ist ein Mindestabstand von 1 Meter einzuhalten.

Temperaturmessung und Sanitary GateBeim Eingang der Veranstaltung wird jeder Person die Körpertemperatur

gemessen. Zudem wird ein Sanitary Gate zur Desinfektion vorhanden sein.

Opening hours and time slotIn this edition the entrances are limited and that is why the tickets are

divided into two different time slots:

Time slot morning: from 9 am to 1:30 pm

Time slot afternoon: from 2:30 pm to 7 pm

The visitors can choose whether to visit the Kurhaus in the morning and

the GourmetArena and the Hotel Therme Meran in the afternoon, or vice

versa. If a visitor visits the Kurhaus in the morning, he/she cannot visit

the GourmetArena during this same time slot in the morning.

Producer-SessionsThe section Wine - The WineHunter Selection and Food Spirits Beer - The WineHunter Selection are divided into two sessions of producers.

On Friday 6th and Saturday 7th the visitors can taste the products of

the producers of session 1. On Sunday 8th and Monday 9th November

visitors meet the producers of session 2.
