Classics. PI SBK and PIO may collect the name, address, phone number and email address of ticket holders, as well as film, photographic and other footage, for the purposes of coordinating arrangements at the Event and of conducting

research, marketing and promotional activities in relation to the Event, subsequent Phillip Island Classics, similar events and other activities held at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. Personal information may also be used for accounting and

Event management purposes, for managing access to the Facility and the Circuit, for reporting incidents to Worksafe Victoria and other relevant authorities under applicable laws and for legal proceedings. Film and photographic footage may

be used as set out in condition 13 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. If the ticket holder does not provide us with the personal information described above the ticket holder may not be admitted to the Event and we may not be able to

provide the ticket holder with information about products and services that the ticket holder may want, including information about discounts, sales or special promotions. We may disclose the personal information we collect to our

employees, related bodies corporate, contractors and service providers (including, but not limited to, research, marketing and promotional organisations) as well as to relevant authorities as set out above. We are not likely to disclose the

2020 MOTUL FIM SUPERBIKE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP YAMAHA FINANCE ROUND PHILLIP ISLAND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF PRE-PITCHED TENTS

AT PHILLIP ISLAND GRAND PRIX CIRCUIT The hire and use of Pre-Pitched Tents (“Tents”) in the Camping Ground (“Camping Ground”) at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit (“Circuit”) during the 2020 Motul FIM Superbike World Championship Yamaha Finance Round Phillip Island event (including support events) (“Event”) by any person (“Patron”) is subject to the following Conditions of Use (together the “Conditions”) and, for the avoidance of doubt the Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Camping Ground. It is each Patron’s responsibility to inform themselves of these Conditions and any other conditions relating to the Camping Ground prior to using the Camping Ground. By entering the Camping Ground, Patrons accept and understand as binding on them all Conditions and any accompanying risks, obligations and responsibilities. The Camping Ground is operated by PI SBK Pty Ltd ACN 108 623 730 (PI SBK). If Patrons have any queries in relation to these Conditions they can contact PI SBK on 03 5952 2710.

Patrons acknowledge and agree to the following:

(i) Tents must be kept in a clean and tidy state at all times;

(ii) The Camping Grounds will be patrolled on a daily basis by the Campground Manager who may require a visual inspection inside the Tents;

(iii) There is NO smoking or cooking permitted inside the Tents;

(iv) Please come prepared for all weather. The Tents will operate regardless of weather conditions. However, if there are excessive winds (over 50 km/h) or dangerous weather conditions campers will be directed to leave the tents and seek shelter in a safe place. No refunds will be given should a booking be cancelled due to inclement weather;

(v) The services provided by the tent contractor (Rent a Tent) will be rendered with due care and skill applicable to State legislation. Rent a Tent and its staff, as well as PI SBK, PI SBK’s Personnel and each of the Associated Entities will not be liable or responsible for any damage or loss suffered or incurred by you when you enter or are on the campgrounds;

(vi) You agree to indemnify the Rent a Tent, its staff and contractors, as well as PI SBK, PI SBK’s Personnel and each of the Associated Entities against any loss or damage you may suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of these terms and conditions

(vii) Rent a Tent, PI SBK, PI SBK’s Personnel and each of the Associated Entities will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of a person’s personal property at the campground. Patrons that leave valuable items at the campsite or in tents do so at their own risk;

(viii) No animals are permitted into tents with the exception of guide dogs and Police support dogs;

(ix) Customers booking pre-pitched tents are responsible for any damage to and/or loss of the pre-pitched tent and associated equipment and agree to pay all reasonable costs for replacement or repair costs to PI SBK. An inspection will be conducted upon check-out and any costs will be charged to the credit card used for making the booking; and

(x) There are no refunds for tent bookings due to change of mind or circumstances. There are no refunds if your tent was delivered and set up, and due to circumstances beyond PI SBK and Rent a Tent’s control, you were unable to make it to the event. Refunds will only be considered due to documented medical issues or tragic events.
