PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Matt Clear is a high performance two pack clear designedly to give a low gloss finish. It has excellent flow, chemicale and 2 Pack hardness.

Concept 2K Satin Matt Clear by volume.Concept Uni-Hardener (MS) by volume10% reduction with Concept 2K Thinner may be required.

SPRAY GUN AND PRESSURE

GUN &RE:

• 1.2 – 1.5 mm through a gravityfeed gun.

• Pressure is 350 – 450 kPathrough a gravity feed gun.

APPLICATION

• All surfaces must be thoroughly sanded and cleaned with Concept Wax &Grease Remover prior to application.

• Ensure two to three even coats are applied with five minutes betweeneach coat.

SPRAYINGVISCOSITY:

• 18 – 19 seconds B4 cup at25°C.

LASH-OFF TIME: • 5 – 10 minutes between coatsat 25°C.

RYING: • 16 - 24 hours at 25°C for a DryFilm Thickness of 40 – 50Micron.

• Low Bake for 30 – 40 minutesat 50°C.
