Problem :With settler Assess Complete Criterion Minimize ( KKM ) specified by subject teacher , each;every school, as commended by F.1 point Regulation of minister education of Number national, 20 Year 2007, aim to determine attainment yardstick result of learning every semester.but in its execution, there is by mistake in field that happened, among others :

Data assess reported student to on duty education of sub-province / town stem from accumulation assess student rapot from semester 3, 4 and 5 . Field found by uncorelation in target and its execution, among others : With rule of pass Test National, 40 % from value accumulate semester 3,4 and 5 given by teacher, and 60 % from Test National value . Hence happened Mark Up assess by teacher.

so that do not address the truth of assessment prinsifwhich is do like that also with rule result of UN becoming pass directive.

Permendiknas RI No . 20, Year 2007 about Standard Assessment of Education.

Among others : KKM still need remain to Reporting System assess 40 % from assessment of school require to be negated, because always

happened Mark Up value, and this matter disagree with assessment prinsifwhich is commendation Permendiknas RI No. 20 Year 2007.

UN as pass determinant, require to be looked for by its solution, taking example with changing class step system and majors, which is the

following sharpness : Student SD ( elementary school ) as usual, educational years 6 year with directive assess Pure Test National ( UNM ). Student SMP ( intemmediate school ) as usual, educational 3 year with common Iesson items, and directive assess Pure Test National ( UNM ).
