1. To determine Complete Criterion Minimize each;every subject by paying attention educative participant characteristic, subject characteristic, and condition set of education passthrough educator council meeting.

1. Assessment result of learning by government conducted in the form of Test State with aim to assess attainment of grad interest nationally at certain subject in science subject group and technology

2. Test State supported by a system guarantying problem secret and quality and also peaceful execution, downright, and fair

6. Result of Test State used as one of the determinant pass of educative participant from set of education which its pass criterion, is specified every year by Minister pursuant to ComitteeStandard National Education recommendation ( BNSP ).

Problem :With settler Assess Complete Criterion Minimize ( KKM ) specified by subject teacher , each;every school, as commended by F.1 point Regulation of minister education of Number national, 20 Year 2007, aim to determine attainment yardstick result of learning every semester.but in its execution, there is by mistake in field that happened, among others :

1. Complete Criterion Minimize like be forced 2. There are some teacher exploiting student which is remedial , dubiously and inappropriate duty.

Problem :

Data assess reported student to on duty education of sub-province / town stem from accumulation assess student rapot from semester 3, 4 and 5 . Field found by uncorelation in target and its execution, among others : With rule of pass Test National, 40 % from value accumulate semester 3,4 and 5 given by teacher, and 60 % from Test National value . Hence happened Mark Up assess by teacher.

Permendiknas RI No. 20 Year 2007 about Standard Assessment of Education, of National represent invitation becoming law arm rest, and quality control regulation result of education, according to education national standard developed by ComitteeStandard National Education, require to specify Standard Assessment of Education, with Regulation of Nation Minister Education .

Standard Assessment of Education is set in Regulation Nation Ministery Education , representing network procedure process assessment result of learning educative participant from daily restating phase until Test National.

Permendiknas RI No 20, Year 2007 about Standard assessment, of vital importance once, although there are some poin which need argument and require to study to repeat, so that happened compatibility among target and its execution, and can fasten all component, as invitation function which is matter, a matter that happened unexpeted of field, representing deviation from Permendiknas RI No 20, year 2007 executor and perpetrator, is above mentioned, deviation of that represent effect consequence from regulation of the invitation.

One of the problems that happened, that is determination of prosentasi assess 40 % from value go to school , and 60 % from result of UN, which disagree with fact.

so that do not address the truth of assessment prinsifwhich is do like that also with rule result of UN becoming pass directive.

this matter which become motivation deviation of assessment prinsif, that way need presumably study more circumstantial, with evaluating fact in field.

CHAPTER V SUGGESTION have been elaborated by above its assessment result of

learning Nationally very require to be conducted by government, this matter to know and quality efficacy of

education in Indonesia, thereby there is no reason to vanish or eliminate UN.

but in its execution require to study by a system which is proporsional, which can fasten and dribble quality of education of Indonesia toward more of invitation will not escape study

repeat and evaluation.

if when do not be done by study repeat and evaluation, good of change or completion, hence will happened ruination or

retreating from a target.

Thereby, limited to suggestion from writer, suggestion writer related to breakdown of assessment standard at F point and G point from conten of

Permendiknas RI No . 20, Year 2007 about Standard Assessment of Education.

Among others : KKM still need remain to Reporting System assess 40 % from assessment of school require to be negated, because always

happened Mark Up value, and this matter disagree with assessment prinsifwhich is commendation Permendiknas RI No. 20 Year 2007.

UN as pass determinant, require to be looked for by its solution, taking example with changing class step system and majors, which is the

following sharpness : Student SD ( elementary school ) as usual, educational years 6 year with directive assess Pure Test National ( UNM ). Student SMP ( intemmediate school ) as usual, educational 3 year with common Iesson items, and directive assess Pure Test National ( UNM ).

Student SMA ( High school ) specialize in X class, and educational years only 2 year, a period of this is gone into effect determination of pass like really controlled UN to tighten , and otherwise pass in year second this, student given by opportunity by following class return during one year with curriculum program which have been determined.

Become being equal a period of to 3 year ( if for the student of which do not pass in year second). And need is presumably given by reward for the student of able to pass UN in second year.

That is year presumably only a suggestion, and request presumably to be enunciated to the and limitation by mistake of suggestion from writer.
