3 CRUCIBLE ZINC VAPORIZER INDUSTRY LEADING FUEL EFFICIENCY AND ZnO YIELD The furnace is designed to vaporize zinc for the purpose of producing zinc oxide by the French Process. The furnace heang system features highly energy efficient Regenerave Burner technology. The burner technology provides maximum operaonal efficiency and excellent polluon control to minimize CO 2 and NO x . Safety systems are in accordance with EN 746.2 CSA 149.3, NFPA 84 and GOST Fuel Gas Safety Requirements. This system, in conjuncon with the BURNS hood design, provides industry leading ZnO yield and an ability to fine control the ZnO surface area. 3 CRUCIBLE ZINC VAPORIZER INDUSTRY LEADING FUEL EFFICIENCY AND ZnO YIELD

The furnace is designed to vaporize zinc for the purpose of producing zinc oxide by the French Process. The furnace heating system features highly energy efficient Regenerative Burner technology. The burner technology provides maximum operational efficiency and excellent pollution control to minimize CO2 and NOx. Safety systems are in accordance with EN 746.2 CSA 149.3, NFPA 84 and GOST Fuel Gas Safety Requirements. This system, in conjunction with the BURNS hood design, provides industry leading ZnO yield and an ability to fine control the ZnO surface area.
