step 1 drawer assembly - insert cams

Place the cams into the large holes on the drawer sides, so that the arrow is 1.facing the edge of the drawer side. Press cam bolts into the holes on the edge of the drawer sides. Do not turn the cams at this time.

Press the drawer bottom 06020 (with the finished side up) into the grooves on the drawer back 02848.1.Paper overlays the slot, but it has a slit so drawer bottom inserts well.2.Repeat these steps for all three drawers.3.

step 3 drawer assembly - attach drawer sides

Align holes at back of the drawer sides, 00582 and 00583 with the holes on the 1.drawer back 02848. Make sure the groove on the drawer back is facing the inside of the drawer. Tap drawer fasteners into place with a hammer.Repeat these steps for all three drawers.2.

Place the thin edge of the panel clips into the groove between the drawer bottom 06020 1.and the drawer back, top drawer front EB and middle and bottom drawer front EC.Tighten the screws on the support clips but do not over tighten.2.

step 7 drawer assembly - install divider, warning label and drawer knob

Press drawer insert wires into the holes at the center of the drawer front and back.1.Slide the drawer divider over the wires until it touches the drawer bottom.2.Attach warning label to the inside of the drawer side.3.Use the drawer knob screws to attach the drawer knob to the topdrawer front EB and EC.4.

step 11 case assembly - drawer glide detail

Slide the drawer glide to the open position, then place a long system screw into the back hole as shown on the drawing. 1.Note: Oil is on slide for lubrication. Use care in handling, so that lubricant is not transferred to the product. Place a drawer glide spacer over the long system screw that was just inserted into the drawer glide. The drawer glide is ready to be 2.installed to the side panel (step 12 on the next page)Repeat this step for each ot the remaining glides.3.

step 12 case assembly - attach drawer glides

Place drawer glide with back screw and spacer (from step 11) so that the 1.screw is over the back hole of the side panel, then tighten screw.Move the front of the glide until you can see a drilled hole through the slot on 2.the glide, then use a short system screw to attach the front of the glide.Repeat for the remaining drawer glides.3.

Place the dowels on the end of the top/bottom rails PB into the holes at the top and bottom of the 1.left spacer FI.

Make sure the finished edge is facing toward the front. Tighten the cams to the 2 o’clock position. Place the dowels and cam bolt on the end of KD into the holes at the bottom of the side panel FH. 2.Make sure the groove on the back rail is toward the top of the chest

( this groove will hold the back panel). Tighten the cams to the 2 o’clock position.

Place dowels on the ends of the center rails onto the holes on the side spacer. 1.Make sure the finished edge is facing toward the front and that the unfinished side is facing toward the bottom of the case.

Slide the back panel into the grooves on the side panels.1.Line up the bottom of the back panel so that it slides into the groove on the 2.back rail KD. Note: the panel will be slightly above the top of the side panels, even when inserted completely.

IMPORTANT.The screw supplied together with the wall attachment stripis to be used only for fixing the wall attachment strip to the furniture.In addition to this, you vill need to choose a screw orfitting which is suitable for securing the bracket to thekind of walls you have. If you are unsure about what typeof screw to usee contact your local handware store.

step 21 case assembly - mount wall attachment strips

Place the dresser in the desired position against the wall. Mark the locations of 1.the gow wall attachment slots at the top of the case.Mesure down 1 1/5" from the mark at the top of the case and attach the two 2.wall with washers and screws.

Note - The washers and screws for wall attachment should be purchased from a hardware store to suit the typw of wall .

Pass the wall attachment straps through the slots at the top back of the case, 3.and attach them to the underside of the case top with the screws and washers that are included in the park.

Slide groove on drawer sides over the drawer glide.1.Pull the slide forward until the threaded hole on the glide aligns with the hole in the drawer side.2.Attach glide screw from inside the drawer box into the drawer glide.3.Second hole on drawer slide is not used.4.
