About this presentation

• In early 2013, when I learnt with Kimberly Hare ( my guru in Brain

Friendly Learning) among many things she gifted me 3 friends.

I also talk about these 3 friends tomy training workshop participantsand they find them equallyinteresting.

Whenever I learnanything new myself, Ihold these 3 friendsclose to me.

“Grandma-OpenArms”

• Grandma-OpenArms has seen the world. A wise lady, she has

seen many different people & cultures. She always allowed herself

to consider new experiences & ideas. Sometimes these new things

did not make much sense to her , when she heard about them first.

“When I come acrossthings that do not fit intomy values & beliefs, Iconsider them, try andexperience them myself.

• Grandma-OpenArms has seen the world. A wise lady, she has

I don't say – This doesnot make any sense tome !..... “Once I did,many years back, whenGrandpa asked me tomarry him,” she addswith a chuckle

Doggy Bull's-eye

• When Doggy Bull's-eye is doing something important, he just puts

on his Bull's-eye glasses. When he was a Little pup, one of the

bigger dogs told him – “ you must hold the concentration of your

attention & energy on a few things and you will succeed”

“I do one thing at a time and I do that very well. Like chewing on juicy bone.”

Sometimes, when grandma Open arms takes me in her

lap and I just feel so cosy and then we do so many

funny things together”

Baby Energetic

• Baby Energetic is just 3. He is always full of drive. When his father

is back home, sometimes Baby energetic transmits some of his

energy to his father and then they play soccer in the park. Baby is

always feeling great, whenever he learns new things.

I always remember all the things that I have learn because I felt great when I was doing them. Baby takes a pause .. “except when I know that my mum is planning to take me to doctor for a check up”

“I eat well and sleep

well, which gives me

energy.

When learning anything new,

keep these three friends with you.
