Current state Desired state

• Not easy to understand competency model • Doesn’t help to allocate people • Application screening might lead us to much more mistakes in the process • Dynamics (AC) are not diversified • Lack of checking people creativity because it is not visible in the process • Too complicated national materials • Model is not seen in dynamics and task in AC • Flexible application • We are not qualified to assess people • Massive recruitment • If process is time and resources consuming depends on LC operational scope • Logistics is key issue for success • Project managers are engaged in selection process •

• Process that helps to easily allocate people • Easier process to understand for people in students organization • Application form should be different for different profile especially IT • Flexible process to adjust to the LCs • Lead us to balanced (female and male) • Adjusted to areas/JDs • Flow as should be (3 steps of the process) • Materials easy to understand for every member
