• The ASI version of plate rolls guarantees superiorquality of bending thanks to the asymmetric geometryof the roll movement.
• Optimal plate drive is guaranteed by the two poweredpinch rolls. It is ideal for avoiding any slipping evenon very thin plate.
• The side roll moving over a linear slide bends thematerial very near to the clamping point resultingin a prebending quality similar to the one achievablewith the more expensive 4 roll machines.
• Rolling of profiles is possible thanks to the extendedshafts provided as standard on all models. It ispossible to mount either standard profiles or pipedies.
• A convenient foot pedal control allows single manoperation for plate loading and prebendingoperations.
