1) IntroCharing machine is the machinery that is used for automatic feeding and evenly

loading.as the picture show,it is the charing machine,the bottom right corner part is for th

e charging process,beside,it is the control box;the upper left corner part is formaterial

pressing and feeding process,.below part is for delivery process.

and 20 I/O PLC control.

2) Features

1Charging machine has manual and automatic switching,the user can switch it onits own.

2HMI offer intuitive touch experience to customers,PLC achieve stable operation.3HMI is responsible for the setting of relevant parameters, manual and automatic s

witching of production line and relevant bottom control.

PLC is for communicating with HMI, external input signal acquisition and freque

ncy converter control, output pressure machine, etc.

3) Component1HMI part:The below picture is manual operation interface. While the operation is

in the manual, the user can manually select binder, feeding and conveying,simply click

again to stop the corresponding button. each screen has an emergency stop icon to

indicates the current status in the emergency stop

2PLC part:Automatic state, the conveyor belt drive loading cup, electric eye detect signals and stop time delay, and then began to material pressing and feeding, after the delay

stop time setted run out,stop pressing material, start deliver,then into the next feeding, aut

omatic operation, the feed automatic, full, stop charging.in automatic mode, manual oper

ation is invalid, interlock that two movement patterns.

The below picture is the signal position anti-shake part in the program,when PLC collect

a rising edge of position signal,the electric eye detection delay time start, if collect falling

edge of the position signal within fixed time,will determine the position signal is invalid;

If time up,but still haven't detect the falling edge, will consider the signal is valid. Thisprogram is mainly aimed at filter the invalid position signal,since due to the conveyor

belt,the loading cups in the process of transport, electric eye often produce invalid stop signal, need to filter, so it is necessary to add the electric eye detection stabilization functio

n.

The below picture is the button part.HMI and control box both has a button to

control stop or run,one is physical button,the other is software button of HMI, both ofthem realize switching function and influence each other.Therefore adopt a counter,

calculate the times of snapping the button(the times of physical and software button),one

time is ON, two times is OFF.
