How to Make Grilled Cheese Sandwich

1. First of all, pupils will be given cut out of recipe strips.

2. Teacher explains to pupils that they need to listen to the audio text to arrange the recipe strips correctly.

3. Pupils will be divided into groups of 5.

4. Teacher may help any groups after the audio text has finished.

The Right Ingredients1. Teacher divides pupils into groups of 5.

2. Each group will be given a worksheet.

3. Teacher tells student to mark ‘√ ’ for the correct ingredients of the dish.

4. Each group will then present about the right ingredients they have decided on the given dish.

Post-listening and speaking1. Teacher gives every student a dialogue

script.

2. Pupils are to fill in the blanks before saying the dialogues aloud.

3. Teacher checks the answers with the pupils first.

4. Then pupils are to find a partner.

5. One person will act as a waiter and the other will act as a customer.

6. The pair will have to come up with his or her own dialogue based on the given dialogue script before.

7. Pupils are given 15 minutes to write and practice their own dialogue.

8. Teacher will call out some pairs to present to the front.

9. Pupils will listen to their friends and teacher may correct or praise at the end of the presentation.
