Meet Steve Williams OBESteve was first selected for the Great Britain squad in 1998. Ayear later he won Gold at the World Championships in a coxedfour after dominating the event. In 2001 he had an outstandingseason, becoming World Champion in the coxless four, provinghis crew were worthy successors to the Sydney Olympic four. Hewon silvers in the 2002 and 2003 World Championships.Steve has been working with businesses for the last 10 yearsusing his experiences to give insights into high performanceculture that can be adopted by leaders and teams to help themperform better and be more successful.
