Reasons & Comparisons as below

[1] CapacityThe required capacity is 300,000 tons per annual. If we choose DMS processing technology, we shall choose a very small dense medium cyclone. The smallest cyclone even can process about 450,000 tons raw coal per annual (much more expensive).

And we have also looked the raw coal, most of them are a little big (25mm~50mm), so we cannot choose the smallest cyclone. For this capacity requirement, jigging process is best choice.

[2] Clean Coal YieldSurely, the simple jigging processing technology cannot recovery all the clean coal from raw coal. This would have many loss of margin.

[4] Clean Coal Recovery & YieldDMS is the best technology for maximum the clean coal recovery. Basis on our experiences, for same raw coal, if plant uses DMS technology, it would get additional 2%~ 3.5% clean coals more than jigging technology.

Above all, because of capacity and project cost, we recommend the jigging technology for first choice.

1. coal preparation and coal by coal
