Organize writing utensils Quickly test all pens, pencils, & highlighters and toss any that no longer work. Use a pretty cup or pencil holder to store them Sort through paperwork pile & inbox File anything that is essential to record-keeping or that you will need to reference in the future. Toss or recycle anything that is no longer relevant or you will not need to reference in the future. Pay bills or prepare them for payment Gather all post -its, notes, or flyers and add them to one master to-do list or to your calendar.
