Pursuant to Local Rule 7-3(d), and in support of plaintiff Karen Golinskis opposition to

defendants and Bipartisan Legal Advisory Groups motions to dismiss and her motion for

summary judgment, plaintiff respectfully brings to the Courts attention a decision recently

issued by Chief Judge Ann Aiken of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon

(the District), pursuant to the Districts Employment Dispute Resolution Plan. Fonberg v.

United States District Court for the District of Oregon (Or. Dist. Ct. EDR Op., July 8, 2011). A

true and correct copy of the decision is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
